Dear International Students and Young Professionals. We still have ONE room available for rent in our house for 700E/M. The price is all inclusive and short term is possible... (until the end of December or longer). Located in a quiet, safe area of Montparnasse (15 seconds walk from metro Pernety) with shops and metro station nearby. Fibre internet (Orange), Wifi, TWO toilets and a bathroom, kitchen shared with one other tenant (and sometimes one of our children who will visit Paris from London). But this will be rare.
